The cars picture in black was at the time of delivery to the original owner Ms. Cole. Then much later it changed many hands and eventually got dismantled when it was sold to a Pakistani owner in 1993. It landed in Karachi and was abandoned at the Customs from where it was auctioned and later I acquired it and restored it to its current condition.
Its original body was beyond repair, and so we converted it into a roadster, locally.
The Rolls-Royce Wraith (not to be confused with the earlier small horsepower Goshawk-powered car, the 25/30 h.p) was built by Rolls-Royce at their Derby factory from 1938 to 1939 and supplied to independent coachbuilders as a running chassis.
